By downloading, installing, or using Mockup Kit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mockup Kit for personal or business design work, subject to these terms.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Mockup Kit offers a 3-day free trial.
• Paid options include monthly and lifetime plans as presented at purchase time.
• Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through the platform where you purchased the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the app in any unlawful way.

5. Intellectual Property

Mockup Kit, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by Damas Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Damas Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
